Mini documentary in progress - filming during covid.
There is no denying that Covid has impacted all industries and we are no exception to that. However, where space permits social distancing and strict hygiene can be applied and filming can commence. That said, commercial jobs are yet to pick up so I have decided to keep creating during this period.
This is Nigel, a very talented farrier of 30 years whom creates full scale sculpture of horses, recreating the muscle structure from thin strips of metal. Its incredible work and I can’t wait to share the finished piece.
Helping you with video during the crisis.
Being stuck at home has left many of us with time on our hands. Whilst its certainly worrying times there is a case to be productive, something to which our accountant has been keen to pursue. Paul Donno from 1Accounts is creating a series of videos to help his clients and the wider public dissect the various options open to business owners. We jumped on a zoom call to see how we could help. Firstly we reviewed what equipment he had and then we looked at how to get the best out of it. Paul dug out his old DSLR, a microphone he uses for video conferencing, his laptop and a lamp. Whilst on the call, we helped him set these basic items to improve the quality of his video. The results went from this…..

As you can see, it’s a vast improvement. Once we had established how Paul could record video and audio at a higher quality, Paul sent the files over the wire for which we created the final edit. This is a great solution for anyone that wants to create a short video during the lockdown. It’s amazing what we can do with a bit of ingenuity. Obviously we can’t travel to location to record any action sequences or do multi cam recording, the fancier end of the scale, but this crisis does not mean we can’t assist with basic production and help you to promote or share knowledge. Its music time!
Always good to see images released into the wild. We have recently worked with a very talented musician by the name of Ricky Russell creating images for his new release on Spotify & iTunes. We spent the day in his studio creating images for his singles and EP's, the first of which has just been released. https://lnkd.in/eDNwqXC We had total control of the lighting, and a colour palette that reflects the oranges and blues often found with live performances on stage. New video for RC quadcopter company
We recently completed a small promo vid for a company that produces air frames for model quad racing, an exciting new emerging sport that we are excited to be part of. The flying skills needed are incredible to watch so it's really worth checking out.
